Plaintiff was a passenger in a vehicle.  Plaintiff’s vehicle made a left turn in front of another vehicle.  The driver of the other vehicle was inattentive, and collided with the passenger side of plaintiff’s vehicle.  Plaintiff sustained fractures to her right leg as a result of the impact.  Farmers insured the vehicle in which plaintiff was traveling.  The Farmers insured had $250,000 in insurance available.  The oncoming vehicle was insured by USAA.  The USAA insured had $100,000 in insurance available.  Jorgensen & Salberg negotiated a settlement with both insurance companies agreeing to pay their policy limits ($250,000 and $100,000).  Plaintiff is doing well, and is expected to make a full recovery.
