Anaheim, CA— Jeffrey Salberg, of Jorgensen and Salberg, LLP, obtains probation plea deal for DUI defendant facing serious jail time.
On the evening of October 23, 2015, defendant Johnson was involved in a traffic collision in Anaheim, CA. Officers responding to the scene determined that Ms. Johnson was under the combined influence of drugs and alcohol, whilst driving with her three children in the backseat. There were no injuries as a result of the accident, however, Ms. Johnson was charged with a DUI and three counts of child endangerment.
Mr. Salberg was able to get four serious charges successfully dismissed, and Ms. Johnson is currently completing a 9-month rehabilitative alcohol program.
